At MG Cakes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since cakes are fresh and made-to-order products, our cancellation and refund policy is limited.

By placing an order, you agree to the policy below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed only if the order has not been prepared.

Cancellation Time

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Custom cakes cannot be cancelled once the baking process has started.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

✅ If payment is successful but order is not confirmed
✅ If MG Cakes cancels the order due to unavailability
✅ If the product is damaged during delivery (proof required)
✅ If the wrong product is delivered

3. No Refund Cases

Refund will NOT be provided for:

❌ Late delivery due to traffic/weather
❌ Customer not available at delivery time
❌ Wrong address provided by customer
❌ Taste preference issues
❌ Minor design or color variation
❌ Custom cake orders (once prepared)

4. Damaged Product Complaints

If you receive a damaged cake, please contact us within:

⏰ 2 hours of delivery

You must share:

Clear photo of the cake
Order ID
Delivery details

After verification, we may offer:

Replacement (if possible) OR
Partial refund OR
Full refund (in rare cases)

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, the refund will be processed within:

📌 5 to 7 working days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
